Who we are
This website is operated by Rovetex, a division of Softex Ltd, Haodem 3, Petah Tikva, Israel ("Rovetex", "we"). For any privacy question, contact info@rovetex.net.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, company, country, email, phone, the process and topic you select, your message and whether you want the newsletter. To understand how visitors find us, the form also sends the page where you first arrived on the site, the website or campaign that referred you, and the page you viewed before the contact page.
We use this information only to answer your request, prepare proposals and, if you asked for it, send our newsletter. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through the forwarding service FormSubmit.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, with IP anonymisation. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept. You can change your cookie choice at any time.
Hosting and logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, with Rovetex partners when you ask us to involve them in your project, or where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete them. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@rovetex.net. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
