Joint ventures · mergers · acquisitions

Joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions for textile mills and apparel manufacturers.

Whether you want to grow, enter a new market, secure supply or sell, the right partner matters more than the price. Rovetex uses its global network in the textile industry, built since 1978, to find and evaluate partners — and brings the mill knowledge to judge what a plant is really worth.

Why it matters

In textiles, the value of a deal sits on the factory floor.

A balance sheet does not show the age of the machines, a weak department that limits the whole mill, or the energy and effluent costs to come. Buyers and partners who cannot judge the plant pay for it later.

01

The right partner

Partners, buyers or targets found through industry contacts — mills, brands, investors — not only through listings.

02

Technical due diligence

03

A realistic plan

What the business can deliver after the deal: investment needed, efficiency potential and the risks.

04

Integration

Organisation, management controls and improvement programmes so the combined business performs.

FAQ

Joint ventures and M&A — common questions

What is technical due diligence for a textile mill?

It is an assessment of the plant behind the business: the age and condition of the machinery, the capacity balance between departments, efficiency, waste and quality levels, utilities and effluent treatment, organisation and management controls, and the investment needed to reach the buyer’s targets.

Can Rovetex help find a joint-venture partner?

Yes. Rovetex uses its international network of mills, brands and industry contacts to identify partners who fit your goals — for example market access, technology, raw-material supply or production capacity — and helps define the business plan for the joint venture.

Do you also help sellers?

Yes. We help owners prepare the mill and its data for buyers, present the business to suitable buyers in our network and answer technical questions during the process.

Do you replace lawyers and financial advisers?

No. Rovetex brings the textile industry network and the technical and operational knowledge. Legal, tax and financial work is done by your own advisers, with whom we work closely.

Is the process confidential?

Yes. Names and data are shared with the other side only with your agreement, and under a confidentiality agreement where needed.
